Demonstration on Farm

We can also arrange for a demonstration on a farm where Protrack is installed. Please contact your local Customer Relationship Manager or Solutions Manager to arrange this. 

Change to Allflex Tag Order Process

Allflex have informed the Protrack team that as of the 29th of June they will no longer be dispatching a disc (CD) with any Allflex tag order.

The disc contained a file with the EID tag number and associated cow or calf identifications and was used by Protrack customers to import the associated EID tag numbers and the animals they are linked to into their software.

In place of the disc, Allflex have designed a web-site where this same file can be retrieved. When you next order EID tags from Allflex you will receive the document “Allflex EID file retrieval method”, which details in a simple step-by-step method how to retrieve the EID file. This file is also attached to the Protrack website for your reference

We ask that you refer to this document and learn about the process to retrieve your files. Please note that you will require the associated LIC Order number from your Tag packing slip, if this is not handy then you can call Allflex (see attached doc) or call LIC Contact Centre (if you have ordered Tags via MINDA) who will provide your LIC Order number for the applicable EID tag order.

Please be aware that you do not need to load your Birth ID packages into MINDA as LIC do this for you.

We also recommend that you save your files to an EID folder for future use or reference.

At this stage Zee Tags will continue to dispatch a CD with the associated EID file to clients who purchase EID tags.
